Straight after lunch, I do things which do not require a great deal of brainwork. This lasts until about three o'clock in the afternoon and then I am able to continue with my creative work. I see my clients before midday or after three o'clock which suits me fine. Often, after dinner I find that it is possible to be creative again, so this is the time that I do most of my writing.
