Log In
Go to Wix.com and click "Create" at the top of the page. You'll be directed to Wix' template gallery. Browse through the category of Photography templates, and click on one that catches your eye. Or, select "Blank Website" and make your own website for free from scratch. Click "Edit", log in or sign up with Wix, and enter the editor.
Upload Your Pics
To replace a photo you see in a template, click on the photo and click "Change Photo". Click "Upload" to browse through your own photos. You can also choose "From URL" to enter in the address of a photo of yours on a stock website or other web address. Add new photos through the Media button on the left menu of the editor. Select Pics, and browse through the Wix library, Flickr or your own files.
Add Titles to Your Pages
Customize titles by clicking on them, clicking edit, and typing in your own text. Customize color, font and size by clicking on the items inside the property panel at the bottom of the website builder. To add a new title, click the Text tool on the side of the editor, and select Titles. Drag your new title wherever you wish, and customize with the property panel.
Create Galleries
To add a gallery to a blank website, click on the Galleries button on the left of the editor, choose a gallery style, and drag it to where you want it in your site. Resize by dragging at the edges, and use the property panel at the bottom of the editor to customize. Click on the gallery itself and click Manage > Delete all photos. Click Add Photo > Upload to fill the gallery with your own images. Add info about each photo, including title, description and external link. To have this info show up, click Skins on the lower property panel, and use the drop down menu "Show Info". Click OK.
