All the hotels and bed and breakfasts that Lonely Planet reviews will be on the webpage as well. Sometimes you will even be able to make a booking.
If all else fails, just type in "bed and breakfast buenos aires" in Google and see what comes up. Do your due dilligence though because you never know who you are dealing with. Buenos Aires and Argentina is great so I really hope you take the time to make the trip! You won't regret it.
