But the problem is getting the Nose Ring because it's looted from Horned Fox (a boss). Well if you get the items you will need to get to Atrad. You can find Atrad in his hut in Goroma. After you travelled to Goroma then follow this map (Island Trolls, Crabs and Scorpions here): After you went down just go past the energy barrier and rope yourself up again.
NOTE: In order to talk with the Atrad you will have to be on fire, there is a firefield to the south of his hut. Now get to this location: Chatlog You: Hi
