Discover the Secret Muscle Growth Formula!

If you've been trying to gain muscle to no avail, or if your progress seems like it's way too slow, you are probably doing something drastically wrong with your diet, training, or both. Sure, building muscle is hard work and times time, effort, and consistency, but if you're doing everything right, you should be noticing significant changes by the week, not by the year! There are a few aspects of your plan that make up the secret muscle growth formula.

You can learn exactly how to get stronger, eat big, and take the right supplements to make maximum muscle gains in minimum time, or you can read on to discover 3 of the most important aspects of the muscle growth formula.

1. Don't just Eat Right, Eat BIG

If you're taking the time to search the internet for tips on muscle building, chances are you've already heard about the importance of eating to grow. The thing is, getting the right ratios of proteins, carbs, and fats isn't all there is to the muscle growth formula. You don't just need to eat the right foods, you need to eat them in HUGE amounts. Of course start small, but when you really start gaining muscular size, people should be reacting in awe to the amount of food you're eating.

In fact, some people have found that the best muscle growth formula for them is to actually eat some junk food now and again to help get their necessary calories in. If you have a tendency to easily gain fat, then of course you shouldn't try this, but if you're skinny and have serious trouble putting on weight, you may want to hit up a burger joint every once in a while.

2. High Intensity AND Volume

There are many ways to train, and not one of them is the only one for the muscle growth formula. However, it seems that I have made my best gains, and that the biggest bodybuilders also make their best gains, when they train with high intensity, heavy weights, AND as much volume as possible. This kind of workout takes a lot out of you, but it puts an incredible demand on your body to grow new muscle tissue.

3. High-Rep Squats

You're probably already doing squats as part of your muscle growth formula (and if not, start now!), but you may not be getting the most benefit from them. It's certainly important to move heavy weights and get stronger, but you should also try doing the movement for reps of 15-20. In fact, try taking a weight that you normally get for 10-12 reps, and keep resting at the top and grinding out rep after rep until you get to 20. If any one training technique is THE muscle growth formula, this is it. It's so difficult it's near impossible, but your muscle WILL grow if you do it.
