You can also find work as a trainer or coach. While there is an initial fee of $299, you will make $40 for each person you give FHTM training. If you go up in rank, that will increase to $80 per person. Anyone who attends certified regional training (or CRT) will continue to receive $80 for each representative they train in their own organization.

For all the car lovers out there, FHTM has a platinum car program that will let you earn a brand-new Lexus every three years. Unlike many other companies, you will be paid every week, rather than once a month. Furthermore, this compensation plan pays for unlimited levels.

There is a risk that your representatives will leave to create their own teams. Experts disagree on how often this happens; some say that it's a likely outcome, while others disagree. Ultimately, this will be between you and your sponsor.
