Work out! This way, you are cleansing and rejuvenating your body. By moving around also, more oxygen enters the brain thus, you are able to focus for longer periods of time.

Read! Books are very great friends and teachers. They stimulate the mind especially those that challenge the mentality. These kinds of reading materials enhance the ability to read and write. If you dont understand a certain part, read it again until you understand it. This helps in developing a skill for solving complicated things.
