subject: Mini Site Businesses- Excuses To Avoid [print this page]

Internet marketers and entrepreneurs now know that mini sites can generate a lot of cash. This knowledge has pushed a lot of people into the mini site network business in the hopes that they too can build their fortunes. This business model is more appealing than ever because it isn't too complicated to execute.

With a collection of sites, there is no need to get into difficult and extremely broad procedures and plans. Small sites don't have to carry numerous pages and can generate cash even if they only have fifteen pages or less. One way to make sure you earn from them is to pick niches that people search for. These niches should ideally be only moderately competitive. Also, choose topics that you already have some knowledge about. It is easier to build websites when you are passionate about what you are creating.

Small website creation seems straightforward enough. Even so, there are people who still fail. Different people can have different valid reasons. There are times though when making invalid excuses becomes more convenient.

An excuse that site creators often cite is the lack of sufficient time to build a network. Small sites don't require hundreds of pages. Even so, you will have to set aside a certain period of time for research and article writing. If you are a good writer, you may be able to finish a site in a week or less. After you generate content for a mini site though, you still have site construction and advertising placement to worry over. Even if you are using a click and install tool, you will still need time for this.

If you value your time highly, it can truly be too expensive to make your site yourself. You may for instance set one hour of your time as worth $500. If this is the case, you will have a hard time earning this much per hour with just one site. Despite this scenario however, not having time is still not a good excuse. You can still make mini sites even if you don't have a lot of personal time.

If you can't afford to use your own time, the logical step is to use the time of others. For a mere $500 you can already hire an expert for one month. Genuine, hardworking experts in other countries can provide the services that you need at very affordable rates so you can use your time to take care of the other aspects of your business.

A second common objection that people like to use is the lack of financial resources. It's fairly easy to say that you don't have the money to pay writers $500 each a month. This however is again another excuse with a hole in it. If you are driven enough to truly build websites that are profitable, you will be able to find ways to find capital. If you've been in the internet long enough, revenue from affiliate sales can be used to finance contractor services. An alternative would be to apply for a short term loan. For many businesses, loans are typical options. Remember that no successful business can be built with zero capital.

Small web properties have tremendous potentials to generate big profits. Only those who take their chances however ever truly enjoy the financial benefits. If you want to truly earn online, you need to stop making excuses.
