The Lake Windermere Hotel is incredibly pretty and breathe taking. Customers can choose from a selection of rooms, namely, Master, Superior, Standard and Single.
The hotel has a rolling programme of room refurbishment so changes are being made all the time and checks should be made on these developments when booking rooms. On the whole though, the award winning country house hotel offers fourteen delightful bedrooms. All of which vary in both size and quality to suit all tastes and budgets. The hotel has one large room on the ground floor which makes it more accessible for customers that may struggle with stairs as the nature of the building does not allow for a lift to be installed. The rest of the rooms are on the first and second floors. All of the rooms, regardless of their size and title, are furnished to a standard that one would expect of a three star, gold award hotel. The Standard rooms are located all through the hotel so there is a variety of views on offer, either over the Lake, Garden or Fell. The standard rooms are a benchmark for quality. They are all very comfortable and stylish with excellent facilities. The value for money is also very good, although this is the case regardless of which style of room customers choose to stay in.
