In short, sugary and caffeinated things will only aggravate the panic attacks when they do happen. A good night's sleep helps as well. Furthermore, exercise can get your body moving and your mind off whatever is causing your anxiety. Engaging in a hobby has the same effect. It's usually helpful to distract yourself from what makes you so anxious.
Of course, the easiest way to reduce anxiety and panic attacks is to simply calm down! It sounds easy, and it's true that it's easier said than done. Whatever is causing your anxiety, know that there is a way to overcome it and reduce the stress in your life.
