Let the people of India change government?

The people of India are not satisfied with the functioning of governments since 1947-52 and therefore, they are now condemned as bad people because it is an an old saying that people get the government they deserve and if there are some defects in our governments, then we are responsible to the same. Therefore, time has come when we, the people must take up this task and we must see a way out. It is on record that we had written off family rule, party dictatorship and individual autocracy from India with our vote power and now all those people are trying to establish government through alliance. But the tragedy is this that we could not change the people and the same sets of people are coming before us to have our vote just to rule us because the alternative sets of people are not available.
Now the question arises as to how we could write off these sets of people and bring new sets of people to administer this country. It is on record that we have a system through which we are selecting people on the civil service side and they are competent people. Had these people not been running our administration, we would have lost much, but somehow, our bureaucracy is well trained and they are running our administration. The politicians, who are supervising them, actually they are not supervising, but are actually working under the bureaucracy because whole guidance is coming from their sides. The political people are not well trained, nor they are having qualifications and experience more than the bureaucracy. All written work is carried out by the bureaucracy and these politicians are just signing those papers so that they could say to the world that they are running a democracy in India too.
We have lost much time in these trials and therefore, time has come when we should think on a way out from the present set up. When we are saying that we are a democracy, then actually we should establish a democracy in which the politicians must rule over the country. This is possible, but we note that the present sets of politicians are so occupying the administration that we are not in a position to kick them away. Therefore, we must start at our own level and from today, we must decide that we shall not be casting our votes on party basis, but we shall be choosing the best candidates and these best candidates shall be coming forward and shall be having the benefits of present alliance system. When different parties can join, have alliance and form governments, then why these good people cannot have alliance and form governments. This is the only outway. We must accept that all are not bad people and in every election, we can find good people. We can cast our vote in favour of good people and in due course, these parties shall be forced to give us better people. There shall be chances that these parties may be including only those people who are well qualified, well trained, having experience , honest, hard working, having spirit of service of the people and only then we shall go ahead. Our is a rich country when all the natural resources are with us with which we could run our country in best manner and can go ahead. The people who are leading us are not competent and honest people, nor they are sincere people and these are the reasons, we are suffering. If we start with this new process, we shall see that India starts advancing. The present sets of politicians must be ousted and the method has already been suggested.
