If you are looking into joining nouveau riche, you probably have heard of the college.
At first glance, it may appear to be just a one stop shop or another set of seminars similar to what you would get with other real estate gurus, but that's far from the truth.
The company has gathered a team of experts who are currently investing in real estate and specialize in the area they teach. In order for the instructors to continue teaching at the college they must turn in their HUD-1's to prove they are still investing and they must also receive approval from the students.... in other words, if the students feel they didn't learn what was necessary, the instructor will be replaced.
The classes taught at the college vary from very basic stuff like bookkeeping and business financial management and it goes all the way up to wholesaling real estate and commercial real estate.
It is not necessary to take all the classes they offer. The college is preference driven; you tell the college what you want to acomplish and they'll tell you what classes you need to take to reach your goals. This is similar to other colleges or state universities where they give you a career map.

Instead of turning you into an engineer or doctor, they turn you into a real estate investor.
