You finally ride the wave, and your body naturally settles down, that is normal . it is called the rationalization mechanism. This is located in the front section of our brain which we will get into later.
BUT this is where the problem starts, the fear from that attack was so intense it is almost impossible for you to forget and just move on. So every day is like groundhog day YOU keep going over, and over this terrifying experience, you won't let it out of your mind. unintentionally of course. It is like a needle stuck in the grooves of a scratched record, you just can not let it pass.

What happens is this, when we feel anxious, or fear approaching our own defense steps in and brain waves get switch very quickly to the middle section part 2 of our brain, this is our bodies way of saying" Hey this is not good prepare your self, so it goes into adrenalin stage.
This is what you feel when you have an anxiety attack. So if you have control over your brain or mind, you are able to say to your self " hey what is going on, there is no situation, so you then can calm your self down".
How this is done is by knowing how to switch the brain wave from the middle, back to the front where they should be. Piece of cake if you know how.
Something I do want to let you in on, the emotion, and physical trauma you experience from severe anxiety disorder is no different then the feelings of a professional athlete, only there is a reason they feel that way and that is because they are working out .Because you experience this when your just standing still is why you fear it, and believe me it is easy to stop the fear.
I DO NOT want to put extra fear into your life at this point but, if you ignore severe anxiety disorder the physical symptoms WILL be just the beginning. All most definitely not long after you will start to experience mental disorders.
