subject: Tips For The Snowboarding Beginner [print this page]

Have you ever been snowboarding or have ever wanted to go try before? It is a fun sport that everyone should try at least once, the moves you can do, and the thrill of it all when you go down the mountain or jump off a tree stump or a slope, it just makes it exciting for a lot of people out there. When you go snowboarding you have to take a class if you've never done it before so you know what to do and how to do it. You need to wear thick pants, thick coat, have snow goggles, and of course have a board to ride on. Make sure you wear thick glove too because you can get frost bite on them or your hand will get really dried out and could crack and bleed because it is too cold.

You can do it in your back yard if there is a lot of snow in the ground, but watch out when it starts to melt because it will get slippy, water will be everywhere, and you will get really wet. You will have mud on you and you can fall down and get hurt because of all the snow melting and ground will be showing and you will hit it, so be careful out there. If you live in an area that is always cold than you don't have to worry about that because the snow will not melt on you. You can teach your kids how to do it and they will have so much fun, as they get older they will get better at it and do a lot more things that it will be so cool to see and you will be so proud of them, they will be happy because they are doing something that they love to do.

When you go to the ski resort, you will have to get on a chair lift to get to the top of the mountain so you can ride down it and do your thing. But you have to watch out for the trees and anything else that is up there so you don't get hurt. You also have to watch out for avalanches because they can happen, what it is, is a bunch of snow falling from the mountain and you can get killed or hurt if you get caught in it . But a lot of time it will not hurt you if your lucky and if you are at the end of it or if it is not that bad of one. So just watch what you are doing, be careful, and have fun.
