subject: Herblife - Potential Pitfalls Exposed [print this page]

Lets get this out of the way right nowLets get this out of the way right now. Herblife is a legitimate company with good products and a great history in the market place.

So whats the big deal? What is the URGENT WARNING that Im so intent on getting to you as a current or potential herbalife distributor?

This is it.

If you are going to invest time, effort and heart building an herblife business thats supposed to last you a lifetime wouldnt you want to know if there was a chance that all that could be taken from you down the road?

THE PROBLEM Freedom Isnt Free

Here's what happens. No matter how great the management team is... power has a tendency to corrupt people..

To be clear, I'm not saying herblife is corrupt. I'm just saying that somewhere down line there's a great chance of management .

Here's an experience I had.

A short time ago a friend called me. She is a distributor in a large health MLM. She asked me to enroll so she could meet her goal and I did to help her out.

After a few months of orders, I canceled. I only enrolled to help my friend qualify for her quota.

I didn't think much about it. Just went on with my normal life.

Imagine my surprise last week when I received a letter from that companies legal department, telling me that I may have sent out linked in invitations to some of their customers.

They reminded me that I had signed a contract stating that at no time in the next 12 months could I (or any members of my immediate family) do business with any customers from that company.

Now let me ask you this. Let's say I enrolled my sister into that company. Per their policy, if I did that, I couldn't talk to my sister about any other type of business while we were both customers. Even if the business had nothing to do with network marketing.

C'mon, are these guys nazis or what?

So the problem, my friend, is that when you build a network marketing business, whether its with Herbalife or any other network marketing company, you have to understand 1 thing.

It's really not your business. The company has the right to dictate what happens to you and your business.

As long as you are with that company, they can tell you what to do, who you can and can't talk to, what kind of advertising you can do, so on and so forth.

If they want you out, they can shut you down and kick you out just like that.

The sad part is, us little guys can't do much about it because these MLM companies have so much money that can completely dominate us in court and drain our funds.

THE SOLUTION

Now, network marketing is truly a great business model and can generate life changing financial freedom.

You just need to know how to work around the potential problems that could arise at herblife down the road for you business.

If you are ready to take control and be a true business owner rather than be completely at the whims and fancies of the Herblife corporation, hear what I'm about to say.

Before you introduce people to herblife, it would be smart to draw those people to you as business owner first.

This will ensure that all of your customers remain YOUR customers and not the property of herblife.

In addition to protecting you from potential corruption and disaster down the road, youll make more money, recruit higher quality partners and keep your freedom.
