Lose Weight Without Diet - Part1: Small but effective lifestyle changes

That series of articles (Come back to check my profile for the next parts) aretargetingpeople with serious weight problems that have tried dozens of time to follow a strict diet plan but always failed or stopped in the middle. In part 1, we will take about 10 small changes you can make to your life that will cut 1000 calories daily without you feeling it or without it disturbing your lifestyle causing you to lose two pounds weekly automatically:

Replace fruit juice with fruit, fruit juice even it has no sugar added still doesn't have the fibers contained in fresh fruit and as we all know more fibers=more calories burned during metabolism.

Instead of eating 3 meals daily, split each meal in 2 parts so that you have 6 means in total. More meals=higher metabolism=weight loss without eating less food.

EAT! eating less=your body goes to starvation mode and stops burning fat. Attention, I am not saying to overeat, I am telling you to eat 1 portion of protein + 1 portion of carb + as many vegetables as you want 6 times daily.

Do not deprive yourself from things you crave, simply eat smartly. If you crave chocolate then replace it with dark chocolate with at least 95% cocoa, if you crave fast food like Mcdonald's feel free to eat it twice a week but only eat the sandwich (preferably the smallest one available)and some diet coke without the fries, if you crave ice cream then replace one meal of your day with one scoop of your favorite ice cream ..etc. No matter what happens, do not lead yourself to feeling deprived! Physical deprivation=emotional deprivation=depression=the most dangerous hormone to your weight loss: cortisol=lower metabolism=insane cravings for sugary, salty and fatty food=inevitable diet failure.

Drink water! I know some people who lost 20 pounds of their weight by simply drinking 2-3 litres of water daily. Water=higher metabolism=easier riddance of fat=removal of fat loss through the process of urination.

The darker your carbs are the better! Replace rice with brown rice or basmati if possible, replace wheat with whole wheat and paste with brown pasta. Darker carbs=slower metabolism of sugar=stable insultin level=no craving for sugary food=weight loss.

Protein does NOT equal meat. Vary your sources of protein between white and read met on one hand and beans from the other hands. Beans=less fat=better health and weight loss.

Replace butter with olive or rice oil. The last two oils are slowly absorbed by your body leading the fat to be easily metabolized rather than other types of fat that are quickly absorbed and converted into body fat.

Digest your food slowly. Food slowly digested=you give your digestive system the time to send signals to your brain that it's full=less food consumed=weight loss. Do not forget that digesting food burns calories!

If you ruin this system, do NOT stop! Simply exercise for an hour and stick to the above habits for as long as you can handle. You will fall again, do not bother and continue! We fail because we stop!
