Dell has released a new laptop to add to its Inspiron line-up, namely the R series.sounds like a boy racer car to me but hey, it takes allsorts!
The R series will have a similar specification to the rest of the Inspiron range with i3 and i5 processors; however it will have the nice addition of Intel Wireless Display allowing a cable-free connection to most HDTVs. Other optional features are 1GB ATi graphics, up to 8GB DDR3 memory and a 6 cell battery.
Coming in your choice of Mars Black, Promise Pink, Tomato Red, and Peacock Blue, and a choice of 14-, 15- and 17-inch displays, I get the feeling Dell are trying to jazz up the range, especially after noting the forward hinge - a feature stolen from the Inspiron Mini 10 allowing users to open the display further than before.
A dedicated 10 key number pad comes as standard on the 15- and 17-inch systems to give gamers additional keys for more shortcuts and SRS Premium Sound provides an excellent stereo surround soundstage.
A typical specification is as follows:

Up to Intel CoreTM i5 processors Operating System
