You should add in some nutmeg and some ginger to the milk as well, which will help you relax at night. Some anxiety home remedies, however, do not involve eating anything. In fact, by adding in 1/3 cup baking soda to a warm bath, along with 1/3 cup ginger, can help to relieve tension (this is a good home remedy for tension in general).
