A young man walks down the alley, debating in his mind whether he should look at the beautiful and streamlined legs of the lady in the black skirt. She is elegant, sophisticated and capable of drawing more attention to herself than a rapid-fire gun in motion. He has not always been like this. Yes, not any person had ever come close to stimulating his commendable cranial mass before. Suddenly nevertheless, he got himself drawn into the feel, not cognizant if the feeling was self-stimulated through his daily amateurish actions, or merely the course of biological development following its natural expertise.
John, who is twenty, was brought up in a close knit family which regarded highly Christian morals and keenly observed traditional practices. Theirs was a world of conservatism; liberalism was kicked out of their door because of its apparent repercussions to the outside world'. They got role models from within the fraternity, and all was perfect. All was okay for him because John had not yet gotten the taste of the outside world. Perchance, this would have formed a basis for a rebellious John, a John who was not humble and introverted; but his aggressiveness would be felt by those who willed it and for those who did not. But all of these are just contingencies, one would never get to know the options that John would have beheld had he been given those set of conditions. Probably it was something that the wanton gods were also keenly enveloping while trying to figure the nature of this young man's mind.
What are his odds, nonetheless? He felt the tinge from the inside of him urging an essence to his mind. To him, the world had become so enlarged that the world itself lost meaning. How could he say to himself that he was singularly important in a world with more than 7 billion people (of whom each perceives himself as uniquely important to ether)? You should understand that John derived his self importance from his empirical abilities relative to those around him. The logical inquest into this matter only led him to one conclusion; there is an overall arching meaninglessness to life. That life was just like a bouquet of flower, which looks forward to wither even before blooming- because there was nothing out there to bloom for anyway. He often debated this stand most of the time. Despite this, he could not stand and agree with himself on this premise at the cost of discarding all belief from childhood. Accepting the new order of things would be the equivalent of disregarding lessons and memories embedded in him from childhood, and he could not afford the cost of forgetting his youthfulness or of foregoing his childhood.
Potentially, John became a schizoid person. He was not ready to follow or identify himself with a specific set of beliefs. He feared being regarded as pious because he did not fully comprehended religion, and something not comprehended is feared. Obtrusively, the connotation of atheism did not augur well with him, atheism presented an immense hollowness and foolishness sugarcoated with the most intelligible words and the best synthetic logic. He could not also claim allegiance to agnosticism- John was a man who never gave up, and could not subsequently let go this notion of a creator by simply flagging it as impossible to understand' or impossible to prove'.
A young bright mind brought out to brace the world, not being sure of what he stands for. Not knowing what is laughable and what is not. Not knowing what is worth tears, what is worth love, and what the deep essences of lust destroys in an individual. He only laughed when he saw his compatriots doing so, he cried when he wanted to touch the nerves of someone, and he lusted when his eyes saw an object of desire. This is the case of John, and many more fortunate' youths.
He moved his watery eyes up the legs of Liza. His mind placating the brown skin while stimulating his male erogenous zones. As the eyes straddled up, he wished that Liza was naked! And he was not ashamed of it; for no one is ever really put off by natural animalistic tendencies inherent in every individual, in fact most are aroused by them. On the contrary, he was downcast, crestfallen because he could only do the speculations in his brain. Burning desire was inside him, he thought of a way to externalize his desire. A way of communication to Liza, telling her "I lust for you, and I desire your body for my sexual pleasure, it is not YOU I want, but what is yours. Cool my erotic passions without invoking your feelings."
He looked up her chest, her soft breasts exposed by the tightly fitting blouse. He instantly knew she would understand him.
