subject: Regeneca Scam - A Review Of This New Way Of Network Marketing [print this page]

First, I want to mention that Regeneca is not a scam. There are some things in this review that I want you to be aware of as this could determine your success in this business. This is a great concept in network marketing, but is it the right fit for you?

Regeneca is actually a very successful direct response marketing company. Last year alone they did over $40 MILLION in sales with TV infomercials and they have decide to convert their business model to network marketing. At the time of this writing, there are currently less than 500 representatives. So, if you are looking for an opportunity to be one of the first to join, you have definitely found it here.

I was apart of a similar business model a couple years ago. The concept called the Home Agent Program sounded awesome. It is when the business owners of the company take calls from infomercials in their own homes. This would eliminate most peoples' struggles in mlm, since business owners wouldn't have to advertise and these would be very highly qualified leads. Once you would get the initial sale, it was great because if that customer kept purchasing the product every month, it would become residual income.

A very important question to ask is if he infomercials are a hard sell or a soft sell. A hard sell is when the infomercials tell the viewer the price of the product. A soft sell is when the price is not given. The difference between the two is in a hard sell; the chances of the viewer buying the product are pretty good. In a soft sell, you may have to use your selling skills to close. This is a skill that many people do not have, but with training, can do very well.

The cost to be able to actually take the call from your house could be between $5 - $20 per call. This is like the cost of paying for a lead. Commissions will probably be almost equal to the price of the call, so if you make a sale, you would break even, which is actually really a great thing. Also, once you sell a product to a customer, they are yours for life, so you will receive a commission off any product they purchase in the future from the company.

One very important job as a home agent for this company is to follow-up with the customers. You want to make sure they are using the product and see how they like the product. You become their personal representative. You want to keep the retention and try to have the customer reorder. This sounds really good, but the follow-up can take a lot of time and effort. If the customer doesn't like the product, they won't reorder it, period. Doesn't matter if you become their best friend.
