But if he trying to maintain a distance and on many occasions tries to avoid eye contact then this means that he is not very interested in you.
Sign #2: Men are not much of phone talkers like women. If he calls you back then he is interested in you. If he doesn't call you back then he is not. Simple. Don't over think on this.
