Ph Balance and health
Ph Balance and health

pH balance is one of the most contributors to your health or lock of health if your are imbalance. Imagine that you have a garden and in the garden there are grass and garbage and you are water it with soul water obviously your garden wouldn't grow well. What I mean. Environment is a key to whether or not something can grow and thrive. Would you rather be a fish in a nice clean aquarium or one in a stagnant pan. That's not different from your body. Your internal environment is going to dictate whether the fluids in your body, whether the hundred and fifty trillions cells in your body, whether they thrive or whether they don't thrive.

The main factor in determining whether or not the environment is gonna be clean or dirty is pH. Let's take for a fish tank as an example. You have a tank. There are fish in there. They are eating than they creates waste (nitrogen waste). They are also breathing and when they aspirate they are creating co2.Is that builds up the pH drupes (co2 is acidic). If you don't correct the pH. You would have a sick fish. Most of people will tell you if you have a sick fish the first thing you're gonna wanna to change is the water, the environment, the pH.pH is the seed to either a healthy environment or unhealthy toxic environment.

The exact same principal holds true in your body pH must be regulated. Our human body are slightly alkaline when they are in its natural healthy state and our blood, tissues cells and inter-cellular fluids are almost to the alkaline side of pure water. May be you've heard that the pH of your blood with is the most important fluid in your body it doesn't change so much that's actually true, but some people go further and say well than the pH of your body doesn't change and that's not true. The pH of your blood must be regulated between about 7.3 and 7.4 if it moved out of that range you would not be alive. The only way than your body can deal with any acid is to store it, to move it away from the blood stream. Like any other waste, acids must be neutralized and than disposed of through your blood stream in order to be carry down eventually through your colon or your kidneys. That's how you eliminate waste. If you have so much acid that you can't buffer it and you cant neutralized it and dispose of it properly. You can just dump these acids into the blood which must be narrowly control. So your body has a mechanism to deal with that it's called storing it. It will store in fluids, it'll store it in tissues, in faddy tissues, It will store whatever it can in order to keep the blood pH between that range.

The good example of this would be gout. Gout in your toe is acid because the excess your gas can not be disposed properly. Your body just pushes into your feet into, your toes it may hurt a lot but at least you body isn't attempting to dump a lot of acidic into your blood stream which can handle it. So it may hurt but at least you are alive. The result of acid building up of your body are numerous: weight gains heart burn, fatigue joint problems, tiredness, bone loss, skin problems. All of these complications that cause problems to your health really have one common route and that is the pH. so you wanna get your body back into a state of balance. I mean pH balance and the way to do that first of all is to find out where your pH is. so you can use pH testers to find out where ph is. If your are very acidic you are gonna clean up your whole body with ionic products or you're gonna changing your diets supplementing with green foods you're gonna eat more alkaline foods and look for recipes who can help you and you are gonna avoid foods that cause the imbalance of your pH. Get your body into a state of balance. When you do you're gonna have the environment for all of these trillions cells to finally be able to work. your body weighs is gonna the be normalized. You're gonna wake up and your quality of life is gonna go through the roof because your quality of health is going to improve.
