Combating your shortage of money

Reconsider your attitude to a dining hall. There your will be given a substantial meal though it may be not so delicious as you are accustomed to eat. Still, it is an advantageous way to save money.

Jingle your nights out. It will be too expensive to spend several nights out every week. This is why you should plan your week beforehand, including free activities organized on campus and your nights out.

Restaurant trips should be also limited as it is an unaffordable luxury for a common student. Introduce precooked meal to your diet, heating up or cooking yourself is much cheaper than eating out at a restaurant/

Pay special attention to sales as the perfect source for economy.

Find yourself a part-time job. Choosing a part-time job, you will kill two birds with one stone: you will earn additional money to strengthen your budget and you will save money as well since you will have no opportunity to spend it when at work. However, do not let your work occupy the position of more importance that your studied do. Remember your goal: to get higher education.

Become a part of cultural life of the town. You should take into account that your student ID gives you a right get many discounts if you want to attend some cultural activities, thus, they can be very cheap.
