Try This Homemade Face Mask:
Avocado/Aspirin Mask
Crush 1-2 uncoated aspirins. it up well. Then take half of a very ripened and soft avocado and add it to the crushed aspirin and mix/blend very well. Massage this to your face and leave on for about 10 to 20 minutes. Then massage again and rinse off with warm water. Only lightly dry your face, then apply a good moisturizer while your face is still damp. This helps the moisturizer to work better.
What skin type is this mask good for? All skin type and/or combination of skin type - especially for those with dull skin or clogged pores. The reason for this is because aspirin is natural exfoliator. It contains beta hydroxy which is salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is wonderful for pores and exfoliating dead skin cells. It also is an anti-inflammatory which is a great for rosacea and acne suffers. In addition, avocados are loaded with skin loving fats and emollients to help natural moisturizer the skin. And it's full of nutrients like vitamin A and E.
If avocados are not in season, then try using egg yolks, olive oil, or honey to moisturize the skin. For those with oily skin try using lemon juice or tomato juice instead of avocado or olive oils. Lemon, lime or tomato juice can act as a natural astringent to reduce oils.
