The easiest way to Download Free PSP Themes :
1. Open the PS3 web browser
2. Come to a site where you can download your preferred themes.
3. When you find the theme you want and you are enjoying, press triangle on the image of it and select File>Save Target.
4. After the theme was downloaded exactly to Settings>Theme Settings>Theme, and your theme should be listed, select it and press Apply. Note: Sometimes if you Apply it again even after you already installed it you will change the Wallpaper of the theme.
With the upgraded 2.x Firmware, you can now create your own custom themes. All you need is a computer running Windows and the Custom Theme Editor.
