In ancient times, the Stone Age man might have used still water or lake water to see their own reflection. Then mirror was invented. Mirrors were invented in early stages. It was discovered that a sheet of glass when surfaced with metal, serves to be a perfect reflection. Mirrors are a unique invention which serves a great help to the mankind. Every individual feels that he or she irrespective is a gift to the mankind. Human being loves himself than the rest. Admiring themselves is a hobby for many people around the world. The mirror is also used for other creative purposes as well as for producing some articles. The mirrors are used for manufacturing 6kg bollards which are used as car stops.

Plane mirrors: The plane mirrors are straight mirrors or also known as simple mirrors in which the image appears to be the same as it is equally in shape, size and other features. This type is used to see the reflection and is commonly a household article.

Convex mirrors: The convex mirror is diverging one which has its edges bending away and the center point is in shape. The image seems to be in different shape, different size and even in different features in this type of mirrors. Images seem to appear quite opposite than the actual image in the sense of features.

Concave mirrors: The concave mirror converges and works equal to the convex mirror but in an opposite manner. This type of mirror bends towards the center point and the image reflected depends on the position of the object.
