But when you quit smoking, you won't be able to escape from the cravings that your body has been used to in the first few days or weeks. Like I said, it's a habit, when taken away; you will react towards it as if you've lost something that is a part of your life. Though your will to quit is strong, you're crave for a cigarette won't be ceased in a matter of hours. It takes time. So now I will provide you some tips on how to deal with your cravings as you quit smoking.

Fruit diet. Have fruits in every corner of your place and every where you may go. So when you feel like smoking, have a fruit instead which helps you forget about your crave. Fruits are healthy and suitable as an alternative to take away your attention on smoking. It contains natural nutrients that would help your body detoxify. So grab a fruit every time your cravings are disturbing you. Overcome it through fruit diet and you will eventually surpass such cravings.

Gradual exercise. Exercise is one of the most effective way to cease your crave for a cigarette. It won't be easy at first but you will eventually get used to it in time. As you quit smoking, you won't be able to keep up with most exercises at first but as you do it everyday, you will notice your progress of keeping up with it after a few weeks. You will be able to breathe more conveniently providing you lesser cravings for smoking. Endorphins are released within our body as we exercise. This hormones helps in ceasing your crave for smoking for it replaces the toxins which smoking has brought to your body.

Nicotine gum and candies. Nicotine gum is widely available in every pharmacy or store near you. Make sure to buy some for you own use. Chew one every time you feel like smoking. It is a better alternative which is proven to be highly effective. Candies are good alternatives as well to fight your cravings. Have candies around your place to make it easier for you to have one when you cravings hunt you.

There are still other measures you can do in dealing with your cravings when you stop smoking. These tips I have shared to you are truly helpful in managing and ceasing your cravings in a short period of time. Remember that you control your body so don't let one habit destroy your power to control.
