The fact of existence of "The Collection of Mountains and Seas" is the proof of existence of God. In this civilization, this is the only real proof and not someone's imagination. Because any interested person without any special abilities can see this proof of existence of God with their own eyes, touch with their own hands.
This very ancient source contains about 300 descriptions of structures of psyche, or using the "religious language", language of types of "soul". The Catalog is basically the instruction to mankind; it describes individual ways of (please note) spiritual development for everyone. And since that is how it is, using the most basic logic, this book could not be written by a human. An "instruction" to own creation, only the Creator could leave. Or Creators. (Whether one Creator or a group of Creators created mankind - we do not know. We do not study religions, therefore we will not discuss that what we definitely do not know - it is a question to theologians.)
Besides, "The Collection of Mountains and Seas" is many thousand of centuries (if not millions) older than the Bible and all other religious sources known today. And most likely, it is not a product of the civilization in which we now live, but rather belongs to younger civilizations. It is easy to see traces of the Catalog in cultures of absolutely all ancient people and civilizations that have disappeared a long time ago (for example, the Egyptian).
But despite of the relative youth of the Bible - it does not contradict the Catalog, and the Catalog does not contradict in the main thing: God exists and in the basis of all is an image ("divine idea", etc., name it whatever you want). This manuscript--"Shan Hai Jing"--which quite possibly is millions of years old (until now the date has not been presented by sinologists), it is written specifically in the language of images. Images are that universal language which our Creators spoke. This most ancient language is being decrypted by our scientists. They did not create the Catalog of human population, they are just translators from the most ancient language of images to a language of a modern statement.
Considering the mentioned facts, we state that "The Collection of Mountains and Seas" (or the Catalog of human population as it has been named by the researchers) is the proof of existence of God, Creator, Founder, The One who has created us, has created mankind.
