subject: Mr. Weight And Ms. Exercise Are Not Together Anymore [print this page]

You want to lose those pounds of flesh, oops pardon the unexpected quote, let's say pounds of fat to make it clear. You starved, fasted, took pills and tried every possible diet on the planet. You are dedicated to this mission of yours and perhaps became obsessed. Chill buddy. Your body is your temple, and the temple doesn't look so chaste and appealing right now, I understand. You hope one day the mirror is going to reflect the prettiest of them all, but you're starting to doubt that's going to happen anytime soon. And who are you to blame, in this society centered around look and fake perfection, to lose weight might become a necessity.

Why don't you keep it safe and healthy? Studies are consistent on one thing: you cannot lose weight without some work out. It doesn't mean you need to sign up to the gym, although I'd encourage you to if you feel that's the right choice. There are many exercises and strategies in this world designed to lose weight. Recheck that list I gave you on the second line of the article. Notice how "working out" wasn't there, that's because if you were actually doing the loops, you wouldn't be reading this article. Before we go further, let me give you some tips:

-wear the proper gear

-eat healthy, don't starve yourself to death, please

-don't overdo, go a little over your limit every time

-improve your record, not your sweating rate

-spice it up, change the routine from time to time!

-take as little as a few moments to work out everyday

-it is better to do 30 minutes everyday than 4 hours once a week

-be consistent, keep a diary and record your results and efforts

Now that we implemented some ground rules, I'll give you another tip very few people are either ready to give out or accept. Running is the best exercise to lose weight the right way. Fact. Fill your iPod and jack it up! Find a park, a quiet part of the town. Choose your own pace and timing, but please, run! Soon you're going to see the results, that's one of those efforts that pay off, I promise.
