What time of the day should you perform your quick muscle gain workouts? Some say that you should do your workouts as soon as you get out of bed because your body has had the chance to rest all night. The truth is that it is entirely a matter of personal preference, and the best time for your workouts is up to you. Everyone's body clock works differently. Some people like to do their workouts as soon as they wake up, and others like to do their quick muscle gain workouts later in the day.

I know people who do their workouts at 9 pm and then go home, eat a small meal, drink some water, and hit the sack. They have it all wrong.

If you are serious about your quick muscle gain workouts, you need to drink lots of water eat a solid meal, and allow at least three to four hours for complete post-workout nutrition. Avoid diving into an eight hour fast soon after your workout because you will end up hampering your progress and minimize the gains made during your workouts.
