Speaking of skin, make sure that you will also do your part in making your skin healthy, especially under the summer heat. The more you will sweat, the more your skin will break out. Make sure that you face your face with a cleanser perfect for faces. Moisturizing it will also help you get that glow.

Exercise. Or better yet walk. If you are living very close to your school or office, you would do your body good if you will walk, or sometimes bike in going there. Rather than staying more than the necessary time in the traffic, walking or biking will also help you do an exercise that you will not normally do when you are just sitting.

Drink, drink, and drink. Water, of course. Do away with the alcoholic drinks, they will just dehydrate you. Take water instead and get the proper rehydration that your body needs. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water each day is still beneficial for your body.
