The industrial revolution arrived comparatively quickly, giving rise to an increasingly affluent and influential middle class and changing the way Britain and the world made money once again. This system stayed in place for a long time, people would work as miners, manufacturers, builders and so on. Well, of course there are many ways, depending on your chosen career path but one of the most effective ways of advancing your career in IT I have encountered is to complete your MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) training. It proves to potential employers that you have what it takes to stand out above those other candidates. It's a highly valued qualification for sure, but what else can it do for you? If like me you often feel out of your depth or maybe that you're not good enough to fill the position you're holding then a MCSE certificate can give you a new sense of self worth and a confidence in your work you didn't previously have.

The world has changed vastly since the days of our forefathers, we must also strive to improve ourselves if we wish to get the most out of life.
