Mickey Mouse Color Theme
If designing your room for the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse you want the accent colors to be the vibrant red, blue, green, yellow and orange. These are quite vibrant for a bedroom, so I would suggest making the accents the vibrant focal points and the walls more calm, but of course with any design, it is up the eyes of the beholder and designer.
For the traditional Mickey Mouse dcor your color theme would be leaning towards the black, red, white and sepia colors. Think white bead board for a bottom panel and paint the top of your room white with the three rings for Mickey in black and red. This would look amazing with sepia colored framed artwork. A classic Mickey Mouse makes me think of teak, antique mismatched colors (e.g., antique teal accent chair for a desk).

Mickey Mouse Wallpaper / Border Designs
There are a couple of traditional Mickey Mouse borders. Borders have improved and become like a large sticker, apposed to the old glue. You can select a straight border with Mickey Mouse or there are also shaped borders (e.g., Minnie Mouse border in a flower shape).
A Mickey Mouse wallpaper that I would love to see would be the classic Mickey Mouse comic strips made into a wallpaper. I think for my taste it would be too much for a whole room, but for an accent wall or within bookshelves I think this would look amazing!
