My goals as a medical transcriptionist are to graduate and take the certified medical transcriptionist certification test. In five years, I would like to have experience in all fields of medicine. In seven years, I would like to own my own medical transcription business. Eventually, I would like to teach medical transcription to those who may not be able to get training otherwise through a community outreach program. To help someone get ahead that otherwise would not be able to afford a medical transcription education would not only benefit them, I would receive the joy of changing a life for the better.
