subject: Ardyss Compensation Plan Warning! [print this page]

So what are the Ardyss compensation plan pitfalls you ask?

Well, let me first say this. Ardyss international is a solid company that manufactures high quality products. They really are a great company that fills a huge need in the marketplace.

Let me also say that many people have made a lot of money with the ardyss compensation plan.

So whats my beef?

Well, heres the thing.

MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE

The one thing that I cherish most (after God and my family of course) is FREEDOM. Thats really what network marketing is all about right? With the help of the network marketing industry I have received the blessing of being free. I can be with my wife and kids... I don't have to punch a time clock, I love life!

That being said, you would be shocked to know that not all network marekting companies believe in personal freedom.

Im not saying that Ardyss is one of them. I dont believe they are.

However, while reading the ardyss compensation plan, I did notice a few pitfalls that I would tend to shy away from.

SO WHAT ARE THE PITFALLS?

The ardyss compensation plan is a unilevel. This just means that everyone you enroll can stay on your first level and it can go as wide as you want it to go. In other words, you're not forced to build deep.

If you sponsor 100 people, your front line could potentially have 100 spots filled.

When you enroll someone that enrolls someone else... those customers go on the 2nd level. When they enroll someone those folks go on your 3rd level.

Typicall, you get paid varying perentage rates on your first 7 or so levels.

What's my beef then?

It boils down to some stipulations that are laid out in the comp plan.

Stipulation #1, says that in order to get paid on business below your first level, you have to advance to the required rank. If you enrolled your neighbor, and they went crazy building the business, Ardyss wouldn't pay you on the business unless you met their qualifications.

I don't quite agree with that philosophy.

Ardyss would not have any of the business generated by your enrollment had it not been for you so why in the world should your pay be capped according to their stipulations?

One more policy that I don't like.

For you to get all of the commissions, you'll not only need to advance in status by meeting a volume requirement... the 60% of the volume will have to come from more than 1 leg.

So lets say you start a leg that goes crazy. You enroll a superstar that brings 100K in volume.

You will not get paid on all of that business unless you fulfill the requirements of the Ardyss comp plan.

CONCLUSION

In all fairness to the company, they make the products, they provide the opportunity so they have the right to set quotas and stipulations.

And certainly, you can make a lot of money with the Ardyss compensation plan if you are able to play the game by the Ardyss rules.

If you know how to market and get people to come to you none of these stipulations will be a problem for you.

If you're someon that has a hard time enrolling, these policies will be a huge road block for you.

Using advanced marketing strategies, I'm able to answer the phone and make money. It's fun, easy and very rewarding.

If you would like to learn how to do this Id be happy to show you.
