Stressed Out With Your Life, Your Online Business?

Do you feel like your life is out of control? Do you feel like your

job, home business or online marketing business is just too

overwhelming to continue plugging along?

Number One Factor, Stress

With the way our economy is right now, stress is the number one factor

weighing on everyones shoulders. If you think about it, what good

does it do to get stressed out? By getting stressed, do your bills

magically disappear, does your relationships get better, does your

business make more money?

Start looking at the big picture. Will this thing that is making me so

stressed our really matter in an hour, in a day, in a year? Is it

really worth getting upset over? If the answer is NO, which most the

time it will be, then start focusing on the positive part of the

situation. Any time there is a negative there is always a positive, no

matter what it is.

Stop trying to control the uncontrollable. There are many things that

are way beyond our control. Like the death of a loved one, but instead

of stressing over the things you can not control, focus only on the

things you can control.

Learn To Change Your Stress Factors

Not all stresses in life can be avoided, but you can learn to change

them. For instance, if the news on the television makes you stress

out, then turn it off. If the traffic on your way to work upsets you,

then leave earlier and take a different route. If a busy crowd gets

you stressed out then avoid them and go to a park to clear your mind.

When it comes to your job, home business or online marketing business

and you feel just way to overwhelmed with everything you have to do,

then take it step by step. If you feel you just have a million things

to do, trying to do them all at once will only make things worse. Make

yourself a plan, write down all the things that you need to get done

and do the hardest one first. Before you know it you will be at the

bottom of your list and there was really no need to get stressed out

after all.

Every person deals with stress differently and every person has

different things that causes them stress. Write down those things that

cause you stress and find a way to deal with them. The next time that

stress button is pushed you will not have a problem, as you already

know how to deal with it.

Just Laugh

And most of all the number one way to deal with stress is, LAUGH. You

may ask, how can you laugh when you are all stressed out? Well take a

big deep breath, think of something that is really funny to you. Maybe

look at an old funny picture when you were growing up. Go watch a

funny movie. Go watch little kids playing, absorb all their laughter

and energy into you.

There was actually a study done about health and stress. It states

that, we need at least twelve laughs a day in order to stay healthy.

There have even been studies done, that laughing has cured cancer.

Have you ever noticed the difference in how you feel after a good

belly laugh? Laughing is like an instant vacation from the everyday

hustle and bustle of life and business.

So the next time your just totally stressed out, you feel things are

out of control, about the way your life is going or what is happening

in your business, just LAUGH!!
