If this were true, then there would be a beautiful woman on the arm of every rich guy and poor guys would have only the leftovers. You can have practically no money to your name and still be very successful attracting pretty women.
3. You have to be born 'smooth' with women.
Not even close. Most guys have to hone their skills with women through experiences, both good and bad. The thing is, they learned how to turn it around and STOPPED using methods to attract women that just did not pan out.
