Using Windows Registry

2.Type RegEdit.
3.Press ENTER.
4.Navigate to the following registry keys, and double click the string DisableTaskMgr, and set its value to 0. [Create a new one if there is no specified string present.]
Group Policy is a feature of the Microsoft Windows NT family of operating systems. Group Policy is a set of rules which control the working environment of user accounts and computer accounts.
Perform the following steps to enable the Task Manager using Group Policy Editor.
1.Click Start | Run, or Start | Serch.
2.Type GPEDIT.MSC
3.Double click: User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Ctrl + Alt + Delete Options.
4.Double clickthe Remove Task Manager option.
5.Select Disabled option, and press OK.
