Getting a job is becoming harder and harder these days. With the economy in the dumps people are left with very little cash. Making money and saving money is becoming more difficult. However this post is going to help you make the most of what you have. I'll provide some steps below to ensure you secure a job and or make money.
Step 1: Update your resume with your current or last employers and include all relevant expereince toward your dream job.
Step 2: Have 10 copies of your resume in your car
Step 3: Walk around the mall, there are many opportunities that present themselves at the mall. Dress conservatively.
Step 4: Call, and ask stores, retailers, coffee shops, fast food, theatres, blockbuster, jamba juice, booster juice, yogurt shops, almost everystore you see where you live call them and ask if they are hiring, if not still give them your resume for future employment.
Step 5: If potential employers call back be sincere and honest and come back for an interview.
Step 6: Do your best at the interview, and eventually you will be hired.
Dont worry if they dont call back right away, this may take 1-2 weeks. Still continue to search for other employment via craigslist, calls, and walk ins.
Step 7: exhaust your local circle first, then go outward say 10-20 miles from where you live and look for more opportunities.
Step 8: Search, ask, call, and repeat until you find employment.
