So, I if my topic is "belly fat" and my 3 power words are "metabolism, cardio, melt", I would start the paragraph including one of the power words first. An example; "Melting away fat especially around the abdomen is hard because many people feel they have slow metabolism and they have terrible diets. One way to start shrinking that waistline is by doing cardio." As you can see, those three words are all included under the topic.
Practice. After you've finished writing some text for each 3 topics, practice by reading the 3 paragraphs out loud until you feel you can retain it in your short-term memory bank. Practice your voice inflection and your facial expressions. Once you get a hang of the topic, you're almost ready to press the record button.
Arms Length. I use a RCA Small Wonder or a Flip video camera while I hold it with my right arm extended and press record. The reason it's better to keep the camera not far away is because of the sound of your voice. You want to have good quality audio. Once you get too far away from the micro on one of these cameras, the audio can be compromised. Since you've practiced your dialogue, you'll sound smoother in front of the camera instead of doing the job on the fly. You want to avoid as much gibberish on screen, have decent lighting and decent audio quality. By using this method, yo
