High Schoold Dating Advice For Guys
I have a few REALLY REALLY simple tips to help you guys out.
1. Don't use "pick-up artist" tactics
You may have read all kind of PUA tutorials. Long story short, don't try to use those tactics in High School!
They will only most likely creep everyone out. They're mostly designed to work in clubs, not in high school.
2. Don't be like every other guy
I am extremely odd, not in the weird loner sense but in the 'not like every other guy' sense. I don't ask girls to 'hang out' I tell them we're going on a date, or she's coming over. She's not stupid, she knows the implications of both. I don't ask girls for their number, I tell them they just GOTTA text me, and they do. I don't pretend to want to date them if I don't. I tell them upfront what I want. I AM SECRETIVE. I WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE WHO I'VE HOOKED UP WITH.
3. Be Funny.
This is self explanatory
4. Work out
You hear that looks don't matter that much if you're a guy, it's mostly about the personality.
You don't need to look like Arnold in his days, but don't be fat! Being fat won't be such a big deal once you get out of HS, but here it matters a lot. Even if the girl herself didn't care, she would care what her friends think.. I don't have to explain further.
5. Be social.
This means facebook, in person, in the hallways, everywhere. I literally CANNOT walk from one class to the next without giving 3213 dudes handshakes or talking to girls. You can start with saying hi to everyone. Then you can move to giving everyone hugs and handshakes. Be fun and funny, goof around a little. Remember that conversations aren't really about the words, but the wibe you get.
