How To Improve Your Relationship by Steven Present

Steven Present here to discuss an issue that many people are struggling with -- which is their relationships. How to keep the passion in a relationship:

There are many factors that can determine what makes a relationship successful, and what destroys a relationship. We're going to discuss one factor right now. That factor is: beginnings and endings.

They are very important if you want your relationship to last. Now, think back on when you first started dating.

Do you remember how excited you were when your partner called you?

Do you remember the passionate way you greeted your partner every time you saw them? And do you remember the passionate way you said good bye to them?

But, as time passes, you get involved in your life, your work. You may have children together and other "responsibilities".

Now, let me explain something VERY IMPORTANT to your happiness:

your primary responsibility when you're in a relationship, other than to take care of yourself and your family, is to keep that relationship working.

So, when your partner leaves in the morning -- Stop what you're doing!

Give them two minutes of your time, and look at them in the eyes and give them a really warm gentle hug. But preferably a warm loving passionate kiss.

Like how it used to be. And start to connect back to those old feelings. And when your partner comes in the door, or when you walk in the door, do this:

Leave your day behind you. Focus on seeing that person who you love most in the world and you let them feel your joy. This way you start to reestablishing those old neurological connections that connected the two of you to begin with:

excitement, passion, warmth, comfort, and love. Forget the day to day stuff of life. For two minutes when you meet them and for two minutes when you say goodbye, devote yourself to the relationship.

Sure, life intrudes on the relationship, but if it intrudes too much and you don't take control, it will intrude to a point where you might become a statistic: 50% of marriages break up.

Now, will this technique solve all that? Of course not. However, if you add in a few other techniques, such as Date Nights and some other things that you can do, you should be very surprised at how your relationship sky rockets.
