Sadly, this is what most goalkeepers or the parent of a goalkeeper type into a search engine but they do not realise they might not necessarily get the best goalkeeper coach, in fact they probably won't!
Like anything in life, shop around until you find the best, and do not go to the first goalkeeper training schools in your area. SHOP AROUND!
I am a firm believer, if you want to learn a skill, go to a person who has already ACHIEVED what you are trying to achieve. Why go to a goalkeeper coach who has not achieved the results you want???
Also on the flip side of the coin, do not get ripped off by a coach just because he his experienced. There is sadly some goalkeeper coaching schools ripping kids off with the high prices they charge... I have ran the biggest goalkeeper school in the world now and for over a decade we have managed to keep our prices very VERY fair, so i cannot understand why other coaching schools cannot follow suit?
So what do you do?
Its simple really, if there is a goalkeeper training camp you want to attend, when you type in goalkeeper training in my area and find the list of coaches, BEFORE you train with this guys, find out the name of the GK coach and see what level he has played, if he has been a professional you should be in safe hands, pardon the pun!
However if this goalkeeper coach is experienced but taking the Micky with high prices, keep researching goalie coaches in your area until you find a Gk coach who is really experienced but also being fair with his prices.
