Summer season
In Budapest there are two different types of clubs. There are the summer outdoor party places, and the winter ones. I will talk about the previous ones first. .The places what I call summer clubs are open from the beginning of May until the end of September. In Budapest the summer is very warm, ranging from 27C-38 C. (July, August). So This is the best time to come. Even at night is really warm.
Winter season
The winter season lasts from october until april on club level. This is how the trends are changing. The summer clubs are closing and winter places are opening again. naturally, there are some places, which are open the whole year round, but I suggest,that, if you visit Budapest check out the seasonal places, because these places give back the real nightlife atmospere of Budapest
# 10 Kamleon mulat
This place is located in the Buda side of the river danube on the top floor of Mammut shopping centre. It has a huge terrace, where you can enjoy the view of this beautiful city and also the view of the beatiful girls :). Never get two crowded, huge dancefloor. medium prices. Entrance fee 1000 Huf ( consumable). The crowd is quite sophisticated. Special salsa nights on Fridays.

# 9 Old Man's Music Club
This is one of the most well known dance clubs in Budapest. In a basement in the VIIth district Open every day all year round until 5 am. Every night at 9 pm til 11pm has live concerts, (jazz, blues, latin rock) the food is also good. Always packed, all kind of age groups come here. It has a pubbish atmosphere. modarete prices Admission is free.

# 8 Morrison's 2
This is the 2nd Morrison's club, the other one is located behind the Opera house. Unpretentious, cheerful ambience, cheap drinks make this place very trendy. karaoke, pool, darts, live bands, 1 pint of beer is only 300 HUF !!! (1.1 EURO) 5 dance floors, with different type of music, free until 9 pm after 1000 HUF

# 7 Dokk cafe
This is the part of the dokk venture. but much smaller scale, Located at the Mammut shopping center in Buda, Very stylish, similiar audience to the dokklub, plays mainly funky music. entrance is free until 23.30 after that, 500 Huf forladies and 1000 HUF for gents, Gets very crowded summer closed

# 6 Dokklub
The most prestigios disco in Budapest. Located on the "hajgyri sziget" (shipfactory island). The audience includes the hungarian celebrities, models, media people, and the young rich and beautiful. Drinks are pretty expensive, Prepare for queuing, but it is a must see. summer it is closed

# 5 Bed Beach
The "white party". this outdoor summer party place became famous fo the night, whe everybody has to dress in white clothes. This is one of the trendiest places located on the "hajgyri sziget" (shipyard island). Mainly trance music, fashion models, and young "gentlemans" with big expensive cars and heavy necklaces come to this place. Next to the dokk beach, and dokkolo. this club is playing the modern trance and house music. The prices are quiet expensive. Most of the time free entrance.

Connected to the Bed beach by a bridge, is entirely on a ship. This place has r'n'b music, palm trees and the swimming pool + Jacuzzi makes you feel like being on a tropical place. Friendly.atmosphere. Do not forget to bring your swimsuit with you :)

This place is also located in Mammut, on -1 level. This is one of my personal favourites, great music, beautiful girls, live acts, some foreign ones including Haddaway, Dr Alban. Winter it is closed. entrance fee is changing (2000-3000 HUF) , but it is consumable.

This outdoor summer place is second on the list. The only reason I have chosen to it to be the second, because it is simply grown out itself. The crowd on a friday or saturday night is so much that people are partying at the street and park around it as well. The party feeling the music modarete prices nice chicks :) It is located at the leg of Erzsebet bridge. admission is free

Simply The Number one summer party place.This is outdoor place, has the best dj's, guest dj's, acts, nice designs, and chicks, not overcrowded, not cheap, ok prices, free admission.
