Amway gives distributor training through The Learning Center which helps independent representatives to get started, sell the products and grow their businesses. When the Amway independent representative business is starting to grow they can start sponsoring and training new people. Than their businesses will explode because not only they are working so does the people they sponsor. Training for every distributor is very important because that influences their income.
