A former runner turned powerlifter, trainer, and nutritionist. Having converted from an exerciser to an athlete im in love with the strength sports and eating the proper foods to support your goals. I am an active 165lbs weight class Powerlifter in N.A.S.A., where i hold both the Deadlift (441lbs) and Squat (358lbs) wisconsin state records.I decided to pursue an ISSA certification (Sports Nutrition and Certified Fitness Trainer) to further knowledge. pursuing a coaching certification. I would love to help you lose fat, gain muscle, gain strength, and gain more confidence. My approach is simple, effective, and fun. I'm not about "going for the burn", or sloppy technique, or bosu ball squats. Its about taking control of your own life, making it happen for you, and not making excuses. Hard work, chalk, consistency and a loaded barbell.

Here is a picture of me (below) back when i was running, A LOT. I got down to 120lbs and didnt feel too good, mentally and physically. I decided something needed to change, and I entrenched myself in seeking knowledge. I turned my obsessive nature into something positive that of lifting heavy weight. The results in the two after pictures speak for themselves. I feel 100 percent better, look better, feel better and turned something negative into a positive. Having a goal and striving for performance are the secrets to success.
