Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today the company has concluded a lengthy agreement with a provisional patent holder that has multiple contracts with vendors related to some of the most popular mobile phone and computer devices on the planet.It has been agreed by both parties that an updated news release will be circulated on Thursday, December 16th, 2010.
The company also announced that its financial statements are expected to be complete within 72 hours and the company plans to upload the financial statements to PinkSheets immediately thereafter.Upon receipt, the updated financials will also be forwarded to the company's legal counsel, who is expected to have the Disclosure statement complete within a few days after receiving the financials (including footnotes) from the company's accountant.As a result, the Company expects to be upgraded to "Current Information" status on PinkSheets no later than December 23, 2010.
