Peugeot's "Just add fuel" campaign also helped, the purpose of this campaign is to produce a single monthly payment for customers with the only additional cost being the fuel they put in the car.

The imminent VAT rise in the New Year has no doubt got car buyers flocking to the dealerships to save a minimum of 2.5% off the price of their next new car. Peugeot has benefited greatly from some of its new models such as the Peugeot 3008 and 5008; the RCZ has also helped attract new customers to the brand.

In November the Peugeot 207 was the most popular model for the brand, the Peugeot 3008 in Surrey was the 2nd most popular model accounting for 17% of Peugeot's total sale figures. The light commercial vehicle arm of Peugeot also contributed significantly to the increase of sales, LCV sales in November for Peugeot were up 24.2% while the market was up 18.7%.

In Peugeot's light commercial vehicle line up there is the Peugeot Bipper, Expert and Boxer. The Bipper has been the star of the LCVs, it recorded a 105% sales increase compared to the same time in 2009.
