Mineral water benefits? Do they really exist? Or is it all a bunch of hyped-up chit chat to rape innocent health conscious people out of their hard earned money? Of course, the answer to this question, like all others, depends on who you ask. If you ask the marketers and sellers of the fancily labeled bottled mineral water, they are sure to tell you that their products will be life-changing. They will go on and on about how their mineral water will increase vitality and youthfulness. And let us not fail to mention that it is the best tasting water to be found on earth. But, if we were to ask our doctors this same question, do mineral water benefits really exist, what would their reply be? I am certain that the doctors' responses would not be quite as enthusiastic as that of the marketers and sellers of the mineral water. Sure, there are benefits to drinking water, especially water with minerals. However, those benefits are not quite what are sold to consumers. In fact, those benefits are very controversial to date.
The biggest benefit we all can agree upon is that clean, healthy water is life-saving to the body. For me , I think that would be enough to get me buy mineral or purified water. I would never risk my family into taking in water that is possibly contaminated. With the hype and all, I still think that a water filter or mineral water purifier is still a good investment for the health.
