It has been concluded from various studies regarding this fatty acid that omega 3 help in improving the conditions like ADHD and also prevent the heart strokes. Arthrosclerosis and other heart conditions can be treated with the help of this fatty acid.

The natural sources of omega 3 are fish and fish oil, nuts, fruits and vegetables and flaxseed oil. Fish oil is very rich in efas and helps in the treatment of cold and inflammations. The plants are considered to be great sources of fatty acids. The nuts and seeds including sesame, flax, mustard, pumpkin and rape are very rich in omega 3.
